Question from a new members of AotSA:
I am periodically smelling sandlewood lately, and no where near any candles or items  containing it #SandlewoodScent #SmellAssociations #SpiritMessages . While I have smelled my Grandmother's perfume, my grandfathers faverite bourbon and seven, and other smells I associate with people I know who have passed, I do not have a frame of reference for sandlewood. love the smell and find it comforting, so am wondering if someone in spirit is just sending me comfort. Thoughts? Does anyone else have a similar experience to share?

Follow up question:
My gut feeling at the time was that it was a loving energy but not one I'm familiar with. Then I started to guess, Angel, distant ancestor, or prior life? Still not sure but hoping it will happen again and I will get more information. So far the only things I've clearly "seen" have been my deceased grandparents, and a few things that I've just "known" with no physical proof. I only know because later I get actual proof. I've had many more experiences where I've had the same "knowing" feeling without ever having proof. Example: Knowing I shouldn't go a certain direction or into a certain area. Since I heeded the warning or knowing I didn't find out what would have happened had I gone there. Although, one time I did later learn I would have benn stuck in a huge trafffic jam. I do my best to follow my Intuition, gut, knowing, but hope to get better at it and hopefully better at gleaning more information.
